Processing of data related to the corporate website
In accordance with Articles 12, 13 and 14 of EU Reg. 2016/679, on the
protection of personal data, we inform you that your data will being
processed:
- processed lawfully and fairly;
- processed for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes;
- accurate and up to date;
- relevant and complete;
- kept for the duration necessary to achieve the purposes referred to
in point below a).
We also inform you that (ref. art. 12, 13 e 14 of Reg. UE
2016/679):
a) Purpose of processing:
1) Purpose of executing the request:
sending "Contact Form" the personal data (name, surname, company name,
email, telephone) collected in the "Contact Form" of this website

your request and exclusively for the purposes explicitly requested,
which may concern, by way of example, but not limited to, a free
quote, product catalogue, sales meeting, general information, etc.;
2) General marketing purposes:
with your specific consent, the personal data (name, surname, company
name, email, telephone) collected in the "Contact Form" of this
website (
https://www.polykeg.com/contact-us) may be processed, by
way of example, for sending - by automated contact methods (MAILCHIMP
(
https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/) - e-mails of promotional and
commercial communications relating to services/products similar to
those for which you have already requested information and/or used
and/or new products offered by the co-owners; by way of example, but
not limited to, notification of corporate events such as the opening
of new offices, certifications obtained by the Co-owners and/or
invitations to participate in trade fairs.
3) Legal obligations:
comply with obligations under applicable national and supranational
regulations and legislation;
4) Rights of Co-owners:
if necessary, to verify, exercise or defend the rights of the
Co-owners Data controllers in court;
5) Operation of the Sites:
the computer systems and software procedures used to operate the sites
acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose
transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication

b) Legal bases for processing:
1) Purpose of executing the request: Sending "Contact Form" the
processing of data is mandatory for the execution of sending your
request through the "Contact Form" of this website

2) General marketing purposes: consent (optional and revocable at any
time);
3) Legal obligations: the need to fulfil legal obligations;
4) Rights of the joint owners: legitimate interest;
c) Data processing methods:
the personal data in question will be processed in computerised
version and/or on paper by persons authorised in writing to carry out
these tasks, who are constantly identified, suitably trained and made
aware of the constraints imposed by the law in question (called "data
processors") and with the use of security measures designed to ensure
the confidentiality of the data referring to the person concerned and
to prevent undue access to third parties and unauthorised personnel.
d) Content sharing via social networks:
If you choose to share certain content via one or more social networks
(Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Whatsapp), the Sites may access some of
your account information if you have enabled the sharing of your
account information with third party applications. You can disable the
sharing of your account information with third party applications by
accessing your account settings. For more information, please consult

e) Data security:
your personal data will be processed by automated tools strictly for
the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were
collected and in accordance with the necessity principle and
proportionality, avoiding processing personal data if the operations
can be carried out using anonymous data or through other methods.
We
have adopted specific security measures to prevent the loss of
personal data, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorised access, but
please remember that it is essential for your data’s security that
your device is equipped with tools such as constantly updated
antivirus software and that the provider who provides the Internet
connection guarantees the secure transmission of data through
firewalls, spam filters and similar measures.
f) Communication and data diffusion:
in relation to the pursuit of the loss of the purposes, your data may
be disclosed to employees and collaborators, including external
collaborators, the Co-owners and subjects that provide instrumental
services (such as technical services). These subjects will act as data
processors or persons in charge of processing. In addition, personal
data may be communicated or transmitted to other public and/or private
entities solely through the enforcement of the law’s provision or
regulation provided.
g) Extra-EC transfer:
the data may be transferred to our Co-owners PolyKeg UK Limited
located abroad in a non-European country whose level of data
protection has been deemed to be adequate after signing the standard
contractual clauses adopted/approved by the European Commission
pursuant to Art. 46, 2, letter c) and d).

h) Data retention period:
1) Purpose of executing the request: (1) Sending "Contact Form" and
(3) Legal obligations: for the duration of your request via "Contact
Form" and, after execution, for 2 years; where a contractual
relationship is formed as a result of the request via "Contact Form"
for the duration of the latter and, after termination, for 10 years.
2) General Marketing Purposes: (2) until the revocation of consent for
this purpose which can be exercised by means of the ("Unsubscribe from
this list") button at the bottom of the e-mail communications or by
contacting the Joint Holders directly at the addresses:

3) Rights of the co-owners: (4) legitimate interest;
i) Processing of special categories of data: please do not include
special categories of data disclosing racial or ethnic origin,
religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions,
membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organisations of
a religious, philosophical, political or trade-unionist character, as
well as personal data disclosing health and sex life, unless they are
useful for assessing suitability for the job or for preparing the
documentation requested by the person concerned.
j) Provision: The provision of the personal data referred to in point
1) is mandatory. Therefore, refusal to provide the personal data does
not allow the possibility of using the services/content offered by the
Site.
The provision of personal data for the purposes of point 1) is
optional and subject to your consent.
k) Automated decision-making process: The Data Controllers inform the
data subject that there is no automated decision-making process,
including profiling as referred to in Article 22 of EU Reg 2016/679.

Following the principle of lawfulness of the processing, the consent
of the data subject is not required since the processing is
necessary to fulfil a legal obligation to which the co-owners are
subject to.

You may also, if the processing is based on consent or on contract
and is carried out by automated means, request the portability of
your data and to receive them in a structured, commonly used and

marketing purposes, as well as to object to the processing, for
reasons related to your situation, of data in cases of public
interest. This is without prejudice to the possibility for you, if
you prefer to be contacted for the purpose exclusively by
traditional means, to express your objection only to the receipt of
communications by automated means.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent
supervisory authority in the Member State where you normally reside
or work or in the State where the alleged infringement took place.
